The UCD Musical Society held the Tony award winning rock musical ‘Spring Awakening’
The UCD Musical Society held the Tony award winning rock musical ‘Spring Awakening’ in Astra Hall in the UCD Student Centre from the 21st to the 25th November at 7:30pm nightly. This haunting musical tells the story of teenagers discovering the inner and outer tumult of teenage sexuality. They are also growing into a new awareness of “the bitch of living” itself… and the beauty of living too. It is thrilling, electrifying and boasts an incredibly talented cast so it is one certainly not to be missed!
The Gala Night performance took place on Thursday 23rd and saw huge success! The event saw many current and even past members come by to see the show, where complimentary wine and finger food was provided afterwards.
